Apalagi jika kalian menambahkannya dengan keju mozarella, pasti bisa bikin kamu ketagihan deh. Cara membuatnya sangatlah mudah. Bahan-Bahan :

450 gram singkong
2 butir telur ayam, dikocok lepas
180 gram tepung roti
200 gram keju mozarella, potong menjadi bentuk kubus/dadu
sejumput garam
minyak sayur

Cara Membuat :

Rebus singkong dengan sejumput garam. Rebus sampai singkong menjadi empuk.
Angkat dan tiriskan singkong. Buang serat singkong dan tumbuk hingga menjadi lebut.
Ambil tumbukan singkong dan bentuk menjadi bola. Pipihkan, masukkan keju, dan bentuk menjadi bola lagi.
Celupkan bola-bola singkong ke dalam kocokan telur.
Balut dengan tepung roti.
Panaskan minyak, goreng bola-bola singkong tersebut. Tunggu hingga warnanya berubah menjadi coklat keemasan, lalu angkat.
Sajikan bola singkong keju mozarella selagi hangat.
